Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Exceptions (Hygiene Products)

Please note that, according to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which:

  • are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

  • have been unsealed after delivery

Teeth whitening strips are classified as a personal hygiene product. Therefore:

  • opened or used products cannot be returned

  • products with broken or removed protective seals cannot be refunded

3. Returns of Unopened Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • the product is unused

  • the original packaging is unopened and intact

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will offer a replacement or refund.
